We really hope that you enjoy your experience of Sky Bet, Sky Bingo, Sky Poker and Sky Vegas!!
However, if you have any complaints about any aspect of our services, please contact us within 12 weeks of the original transaction and we'll be happy to help.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of your query, you can refer to the following independent bodies:
- Sports betting and virtual racing - you may refer a complaint to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) who will then contact us to obtain the relevant information. You can contact IBAS through the website http://www.ibas-uk.com/, at adjudication@ibas-uk.co.uk or by telephone 0207 347 5883. For any referral to IBAS the decision made will be final.
- Bingo, casino and poker - our bingo service, casino games and poker product are regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC). To refer a dispute to the AGCC please follow their complaints procedures set out via www.gamblingcontrol.org/index.php?page=23, at info@gamblingcontrol.org or by telephone on 01481 823967. Bingo, Casino and Poker legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alderney.
Please note that a difference of opinion regarding any bet, or the terms on which a bet should be settled, shall not be the subject of litigation, court action or objection to an operator's licence unless the dispute has been adjudicated upon by an arbitrator in accordance with these rules and the decision of the arbitrator has not been implemented by the relevant party.
