If you lose your connection to a bingo game then don't worry, at Sky Bingo as long as you have confirmed your ticket purchase then you will be in the game.
Sky Bingo will mark your card for you and any winnings will be credited back to your account even if you are not online. Just go to bet history in the bingo screens and you will be able to see the results of the game.
If you have already purchased tickets and then join the game mid play, the game will resume and your tickets can be viewed for the remainer of the game.
If you are playing a mini game and get disconnected then the game will play out and any returns will be added to your balance. However if the game doesn't play out due to a malfunction then the game will be void. All stakes will be refunded to your account.
